ABOUT PISTAKIO:

Italian-founded & inspired, Nico & Fran started Pistakio from their college dorm to turn this premium ingredient into an everyday pantry staple. While the rest of the pistachio products out there are either filled with fake stuff or extremely pretentious-looking, we set on a mission to create products that are approachable and fun to use every day, and all throughout the day — one spoonful away from your favorite meals. Pistakio is made with premium ingredients, but never treated like luxury.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Pistachio Pusher, you're our boots on the ground — setting up demos at grocery stores, sampling Pistakio to shoppers, and (if you want) walking into cafés, açaí bars, ice cream shops, and bakeries to get us onto menus.

This is a claim-what-you-want gig, not a passive brand-ambassador role. We post the work; you grab the slots that fit your life, run them, and get paid per demo plus commission on what you sell. The more you push, the more you earn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Claim and run in-store demos at our grocery partners
• Set up, sample, and sell Pistakio to shoppers
• Log every demo in the Pushers app (check-in, units sold, photos) to trigger your pay
• Optionally pitch local food-service accounts — cafés, açaí/ice cream shops, bakeries
• Create a Pistakio Moment at every stop — menu call-outs, signage, or a "proudly serving Pistakio" touch that keeps the brand visible after you leave
• Share wins and coordinate slot swaps with the rest of the team
